Foundation of Arminius as a private equity platform focused on the acquisition and management of distressed real estate and real estate loans.
For 20 years, we, as an independent, owner-operated investment and asset manager, have been creating stable real estate values – with entrepreneurial foresight, reliable engagement and a clear commitment to quality.

Our three Managing Directors have worked together as a trusted and well-coordinated team since 2007.
